Vass joins Carolan Properties Real Estate

Penny Carolan, Broker-Owner of Carolan Properties in Lincoln Hills has announced that Michele Vass has joined her sales team as a licensed Realtor®. Vass will specialize in residential property sales in the Lincoln Hills community.

“I am thrilled to have Michele join my experienced sales team,” said Carolan. “It’s an exciting time to be with Carolan Properties as we increase our market presence in Lincoln Hills.”

Vass recently relocated from Lompoc, CA where she was top producing agent with her previous company for the last 6 years. She has experience in helping sellers complete short sales with many of the major lending institutions and helping with the purchase of Bank Owned (REO) properties. She has served the California Association of Realtors as a State Director and she was also the youngest President of the Lompoc Valley Association of Realtors®, whose members elected her to serve in that position twice. Vass entered the real estate field as an assistant to her mother while still in high school. Her passion for the industry lead her to obtain her salesperson license and become a Realtor®.

Vass’ husband started working at the California State University of Sacramento in February of 2009 after severe budget cuts at the Lompoc Unified School District where he was the district webmaster. “It has been hard moving away from the place I have called home for 25 years, but we are now closer to Trevor’s parents who also live in Lincoln Hills. We are looking forward to new opportunities and making new friends up here.”
